Kenyon Sadiq — NYJ

Jets HC Aaron Glenn told reporters TE Kenyon Sadiq (hernia) will be ready for Week 1.

Sadiq is getting closer to being ready, according to Glenn. The head coach reiterated as he said earlier this month that Sadiq’s absence won’t extend into the regular season. Missing as much time as he did this offseason and in training camp, it’s unlikely Sadiq will have an immediate fantasy impact.-Nick Shlain

Brock Bowers — LV U 67.0

Raiders TE Brock Bowers (personal) returned to practice on Monday.

Bowers missed Sunday’s practice with a personal issue. He returned Monday and caught two touchdowns from Kirk Cousins during team drills. Bowers was spotted with tape on his left knee, the same knee that he injured last year (PCL sprain). Hopefully it turns out to be nothing and Bowers wasn’t limited in any way during Monday’s practice, but it could be something worth keeping an eye on.-Nick Shlain

Kyle Pitts — ATL U 82.2

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports “Falcons people on the ground” believe Kyle Pitts is moving better than he has in years.

Fowler settles on Pitts being a “certified first or second option in the passing game.” Pitts sets up as a potential high-end TE1 on an offense that loves to use the tight end, and the fact that he finished second in fantasy points among TEs last year is proof of concept that he was already playing better in 2025. With his contract taken care of, perhaps this will be the year Pitts ascends to the top of the tier, the writer said forgetting any of the last five years had happened.-Rivers McCown *2026-08-04T19:17:00.581Z*

Kenyon Sadiq — NYJ

Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said TE Kenyon Sadiq suffered “a little setback” in his recovery from hernia surgery.

Sadiq has missed recent training camp practices for undisclosed reasons. Now we know his recovery from surgery has not gone as expected. Though Glenn remains confident Sadiq — the team’s first round pick in the 2026 draft — will be OK for Week 1, fantasy managers should keep a close eye on Sadiq’s status in the coming weeks. For now the rookie is listed as the Jets TE2 behind Mason Taylor.-Denny Carter *2026-08-04T15:31:30.143Z*

Princeton Fant — DAL H 39.3

Cowboys TE Princeton Fant (knee) was carted off the practice field Monday.

Fant was engaged in a block during practice and took the brunt of a knee-to-knee collision. He was unable to place weight on his left leg, requiring the cart to depart the practice field. Fant will undergo further testing to determine the extent of the injury. The special teams contributor has appeared in 11 games since signing as an undrafted free agent in 2023.-Mark Garcia *2026-08-04T01:30:17.600Z*

Davis Allen — LA Y 56.4

Rams TE Davis Allen (quadricep) missed practice Monday.

Speaking to media Monday, head coach Sean McVay relayed that it would be “some time” before Allen returns to the practice field considering the nature of the soft tissue injury. McVay added, “You don’t want to rush him back, Davis is going to be a big part of what we do this year.” Allen set career highs in his third professional season in 2025, catching 24 passes for 208 yards and three touchdowns, ranking second on the team in offensive snaps behind only Colby Parkinson.-Mark Garcia *2026-08-03T22:39:59.536Z*
